Thoughts from a Real Estate Yogi

Updated: Jun 27, 2018

I Breathe and stay in the moment.

It is easy to get side tracked from the present moment. We are constantly distracted by what we consider as "mistakes" in our past or being bombarded with information, a great majority which is fear based. But in order to live a peaceful life, We must not allow ourselves to get lost in the "what ifs". We must stay connected with our true self and let our light shine. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison of what lies inside of you."

Staying in the moment is as easy as breathing. Whether you are in the middle of negotiation or simply driving down the road lost in your own rapid fire mind, you can bring yourself back to the present simply by asking yourself, "Am I inhaling or exhaling?". Your breathe is always present and when you bring yourself to it, so are you.

From there, perhaps let your belly expand as you inhale and exhale for five breaths and you will feel the peace joining you in the moment.

For techniques like this or any questions at all, catch me on .
